Sales & Marketing Representative

Drive growth and tell compelling stories at one of GTA's most diverse construction groups. Our portfolio of successfully completed restaurants, medical facilities, and custom homes needs a dynamic voice to showcase our capabilities while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients including major restaurant chains, medical practitioners, and custom home clients
  • Create engaging content showcasing our projects across all divisions (Contracting, Electrical, Telecom, and Custom Millwork)
  • Document project progress and final results for marketing materials
  • Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand technical capabilities and project specifications
  • Assist in developing targeted proposals for various client segments

    • Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in construction or related industries
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles

    Senior Designer

    Transform spaces and shape experiences with MDM Group Inc.'s design-build team. As we revolutionize medical facilities, restaurants, and custom homes across the GTA, we're seeking a visionary Senior Designer to bring innovative concepts to life.

    Requirements

  • Must be flexible with working hours to accommodate client meetings and project deadlines
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with minimum 5 years of commercial and residential design experience
  • Proven experience in medical facility, restaurant, and custom home design, with strong understanding of commercial kitchen layouts and medical office requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and industry standards
  • Ability to coordinate with our millwork division for custom cabinetry and interior elements
  • Experience in creating detailed shop drawings and construction documentation
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit project sites occasionally

    Licensed Electrician

    Take your electrical expertise to the next level with MDM Group Inc., where master electricians lead innovative commercial and residential projects across the GTA. We're expanding our electrical division and seeking a licensed professional who shares our commitment to excellence.

    Requirements

  • Must be able to work some nights based on project needs
  • Minimum Grade 12, with a valid Ontario Electrical License or Provincial License, or 3 years of apprenticeship.
  • Must have residential and commercial experience and be able to perform the following tasks; installation of outlet boxes, pot lights, panel measuring, wiring up and connecting plugs, switches, fixtures, pot lights, stapling, service installs, service upgrades and rewires.
  • Ability to layout, assemble, install, test, maintain, and repair all types of electrical systems and controls.
  • Capable of conducting heavy physical lifting, frequent prolonged standing/walking, pushing/pulling, or carrying/lifting heavy equipment/supplies, and ladder work.
  • Valid G class driver, with clean driving record
  • Strong verbal and written language in English

    Millwork & Cabinet Carpenter

    Craft excellence in our state-of-the-art millwork facility at MDM Wood Industries. Our custom cabinet and millwork division is expanding, and we're looking for a master craftsperson to create exceptional pieces for high-end commercial and residential projects.

    Key Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of cabinet making and installation experience in Canada
  • Expert knowledge of CNC machinery and traditional woodworking tools
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications
  • Experience in manufacturing custom cabinets and millwork for commercial projects
  • Strong background in finishing techniques including sanding, moulding application, and final finishing
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining precision and attention to detail
  • Understanding of safety protocols and WHMIS certification

    • Technical Expertise

  • Experience with Biesse bSuite software an asset
  • Ability to manufacture cabinets directly from shop drawings
  • Skilled in both production and on-site installation
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen and medical facility requirements
